Discount Advances IGotIt.com Payday Loan Ripoff. Illegal Business Practices and Unlicensed In the state of Kansas Internet

This company has cost me over $500 in NSF fees. I have paid most of the note, yet they are claiming I still owe $443 for a $230 loan that is paid. They rollover the loan and then try to debit my account every two weeks, not once but three times. I am willing to pay the balance allowed by Kansas law ($43.50) but they have now threatened legal action. Since they are neither licensed or allowed to do business in this state, they claim their term apply as if the loan was made in thier offices in Grenada. Thier disclosures page is contradictory and misleading. Nowhere on their site, except for the disclosure page, do they reveal where they are located. I assumed they were a US business when I applied. these people are thieves with a user friendly web site. DO NOT use this company. Or any payday loan company if possible.
