Thank you everyone for all the information you have been providing. I also called the Attorney's office and spoke to Sherri at 602-256-6000. She told me I wasn't on the list of creditors however there was 84 pages and maybe Kristin was not finished. I told her I thought there was no difference between them and a burgular coming into your house and stealing your wallet. She said there is alot more to the story. That the company had been taken by another company for hundreds of thousands of dollars resulting in the Bankruptcy( still not filed )and that Ken and Kristen are losing their home and that they along with their two children will be homeless. Prison will provide food and shelter for them and maybe their childrens can be raised by someone with a value system. Has anyone had any luck with the Attorney General?. Thanks for the info.
