My experience with the Discount Blind and Shade Factory has been very similar to the other 2 who have posted. I ordered my shutters on June 15th. I paid in full at close of escrow on June 30th.
My shutters were to be installed 8-10 weeks later. I received a partial install on September 22nd. 2 shutters were sized incorrectly and 1 was never ordered. I was promised that the new shutters would be delived in 4 weeks. I called 6 weeks later and they had no record of me. I was promised a return phone call, never received one.
This has now been going on for more than 2 months. No return calls. No refund, No service.
Now, I cannot get a human to answer the phone. All calls are routed to a general mailbox which is often too full to record my message.
