Instead, he offered to help people who ?Wolf/Montoya took advantage of? and sell product to them at his cost? He blatantly misled consumers with the omission of his relationship, history and title of Chairman of the Board in the Wolf/Montoya company. He then attempted to profit from the devastation he appears to be equally involved in! That in itself is an OUTRAGE! It's funny how Terry, a person who has never posted on the thread before, responds immediately after I called him out on pretending to be a woman.

I worked a few doors down from Wolf/Montoya for a little over two years, so I am familiar with who they are and have been following the website for many months now. I could not help but read ALL the comments. WOW! Nothing short of captivating! I have to admit, after reading some of the comments, I had to wonder what went wrong with these people, Wolf/Montoya? The greed! The postings I read convinced me to hate them enough for the entire state of Arizona and wish them nothing but sorrow. As a researcher by profession, I felt compelled to investigate, Wolf/Montoya and Company, myself in an effort to expose their wrong doings. I was surprised at what I found.

There are lots of public documents as many of you already know. They are extremely easy to find. With that in consideration, it surprised me no one mentioned in the comments the past records with other consumer advocate organizations that might relate to Wolf/Montoya and their business(s). Prior to 2005, I could not find any complaints against Wolf/Montoya! It appears their records were free of complaints. Those go back, I think, 5 years in Arizona. Another comment made mentioned NM as a current or past business location. So I looked in public records there and could find nothing disparaging, past or present. In fact, up to the year 2005, nothing but excellent reports.

This caused moment to pause. I could not help but question why such vehement accusations were being thrown around. I spent hours reading and re-reading the past comments in other categories on this site about the alleged Scandalous Group. Interestingly, some dates and information provided by a man who claims Wolf/Montoya owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to him has posted information on more than one occasion against the couple. He listed himself as an owner of another company and provided disparaging information about the Crooks. Claims of misappropriation of funds, among others were posted. With notes in hand, I went in the direction of public records and court docs in several states.

Although I did find other information about the accuser and some apparent partners, I could not find anything in Cal, the state the accuser posts he lives in, relating to Wolf/Montoya. I did find a lawsuit in Arizona for Breach of Contract against this accuser by Wolf/Montoya dating back to August or September 2005. Those papers gave interesting details about different dates and promises that implicate the same accuser in compromising business practices that began in early 2005 until Wolf/Montoya appear to have terminated the relationship and filed the Breach lawsuit. These same documents reflect a proposed Merger between the accuser and Wolf/Montoya. I also found corporation records at the Arizona State Corporation Commission. There are documents reflecting the accuser on the board of directors in 2005. The same year the accuser involved himself with Wolf/Montoya appears to be the same year Wolf/Montoya attempted business relations with the accuser and was the same year complaints started against Wolf/Montoya.

Now comments on this website also stated Wolf/Montoya filed bankruptcy. I found the corporation bankruptcy filings listing all creditors in public records. There are countless pages of creditors owed. Including many employees & Wolf/Montoya who appear, if I'm reading the documents correctly, are owed wages and lost personal investments in the company. I did not see investments lost by any other accuser and debts to the California man are filed as disputed. The Breach of Contract lawsuit is also listed as an asset in the bankruptcy. Directly below the disputed claim are two other businesses in relation to accuser. Court filings reflect fraudulent transaction.

In my note taking, I also found something about a home purchased by Wolf/Montoya allegedly with stolen money. Considering the personal living address was provided, it was not hard to locate those documents too. First, the home reflects the purchase date around early 2004. Long before even the accuser entered the picture. The date the closing docs were signed was in mid-2005 and no money was put down. The kicker is the home reflects a foreclosure as I write this entry. If Wolf/Montoya were such savvy Crooks why would that be?

Another claim that made my blood boil when I read it, Wolf/Montoya, AKA "The Crooks", used money from customers to build a big pool and backyard. The city in which the Wolf/Montoya home is located requires plot plan approval before swimming pools can be built. By all accounts, no permits were ever pulled and no pool exists at the home location as stated in the comments I read making those accusations without any merit what-so-ever.

This information is available to anyone truly interested in looking for it. I do not have an axe to grind with anyone and had hoped to uncover something implicating these "Crooks" in some kind of wrong doing. But there is nothing. Nothing but red flags making me re-think my earlier opinion. So I have to ask myself and anyone reading my post why more questions are not being asked. When you look at the pieces and the players, the stories just don't fit.

As for consumers looking for vindication, consider this;

You have disgruntled employees who have been harmed so of course they have nothing positive to say. Rather than say nothing at all, they are attempting to distance themselves or thrash someone else, which is unfortunate to say the least, but understandable. In a disgruntled employee case, how often is the story accurately told by the disgruntled? I'm not saying they don't have reason to be. I'm only suggesting taking those comments and hate posts at face value.

You have an accuser making endless accusations against Wolf/Montoya, while Wolf/Montoya were actively suing accuser. That in itself makes accusers posted comments biased, therefore a conflict of interest and an unfair representation of his truth not the truth. His attempt to gain public support for his supposed plight is based on limited information provided to the general public determined by his biased editing. Further, accuser fails to inform the readers on this site the true nature of his business with Wolf/Montoya and what the legal filings state as his unjust enrichment at Wolf/Montoya expense. I attempted to locate accusers response to the lawsuit. It appears, for a brief period, accuser was represented by counsel, however never filed a response to the motion. And by the looks of things in the California public records, accuser and his recorded partners have legal problems of their own. Friends, I have to question accusers credibility here considering he failed to disclose his true relationship, enrichment and history with Wolf/Montoya.

Someone out there is attempting to prevent Wolf/Montoya from working and supporting their family, despite a decent history until working with, what appears to be, some questionable business men. That same someone or people are attempting to hurt anyone they suspect might hire or associate with Wolf/Montoya. It seems innocent business owners and employees who have nothing to do with the turmoil are being dragged into the cesspool. I can't help but scratch my head at that one. What's the point of that? Human nature generally is not to stir the hornet's nest when dealing with truly unethical or questionable personalities. Most people could not run fast enough to get away from those types! Why are so many stirring the hornets nest unless there is an ulterior motive which again makes me question the overall credibility of what I have read about Wolf/Montoya. I am by no means their defender. But I'm seriously questioning my own self-imposed crucifixion of Wolf/Montoya after the documents I obtained! Could it be Wolf/Montoya are victims of circumstance? Could it be Wolf/Montoya are scapegoats? My mission is to help us all find a definitive answer.

Based on my extensive research and evidence gathering, I can't help but question what really went on and who played what role? It's quite clear many people have been hurt. Customers, employees, owners. I met many of the employees named on these posts and all were very nice and appeared to be upstanding, quality driven folks. Including Wolf/Montoya. I also met one man, also named on this sight, who I was introduced to as a partner and appeared to be extremely close to Wolf/Montoya on both a business and personal level. It appears that relationship was also brutally severed. I have the utmost empathy for everyone involved. From what I gather jobs, a business, hard earned money were lost. Relationships were torn and reputations were destroyed. But I have to wonder if our focus is in the right direction and if maybe there is more than meets the eye. I wanted to provide damning evidence against Wolf/Montoya to assist the harmed. But thoroughly reading and in light of the evidence found, I suspect foul but not necessarily by Wolf/Montoya. I will continue my research and post new findings whether shedding a positive or negative light on any player in this catastrophe.

As a disinterested party that has watched this going on for a while I feel compelled to tell that if you take his advise and go on line to the recorders office you will see that Chad and Stephanie Bendel trade named this less than 60 days ago. Their address is not the one you listed and as an experienced investigator I found no common relationship to the gulity parties by name or former addresses.

There is nothing in public records that would suggest that your claims are right. This is not an OPINION.

As far as your accusations of Blinds Direct Factory Outlet being owned by Wolf/Montoya, that is absolutely absurd and I would LOVE to know where you got that "Factual" information. That information, my friend, is you "Opinion". Are you aware of the difference? If your not, maybe you should check with you 3rd grade teacher for a full explanation. As far as me knowing the meaning of slander and being able to prove it, dont worry...got it covered.

Now, from your comments about where is your paycheck, it only leads me to believe you were an employee of DBASF??? If so, maybe you should contact them regarding your check.
