Discount Blinds & Shade; Shutters USA Ripoff Artist does it again; Conartist gets another victim; Shutters and Blinds to good to be true. Phoenix Arizona

We were sold foe wood blinds and shutters on 11/7/05 by Manley from Discound Blind and Shade Factory. He told us if we paid in full the amount for the product we would not have to pay the taxes.

We were told it would take 4-6 weeks for the blinds and upto 12weeks for the shutters. 12/5/05 We called the corporate office in Chandler, Arizona and the customer service rep explained that she got a report each Thursday of what was coming from the supplier. They then would call all customers and give status.

We did not receive a call so we called the following week and got the same story. When trying to call back the week of the 22nd found all numbers disconnected.

At this time spoke to a gentalman at Discount Blinds in Phoenix who told us that Discound Blind and Shade Factory closed its doors the previous week at both locations.

Now we are trying to find a way to collect the $2054.00 that the company owes. If there is anyone out there that can help with additional information please reply.
