Discount Cube Took payment without delivering product. Internet

On 6 May 18, I ordered a set of Samsung Galaxy earphones for my cellphone online thru Discount Cube, paying with my debit card. I received an order confirmation email and another email that my payment had been accepted. On 16 May 18, I received an email that my order had been prepared for shipment. I waited 30 days, but never received product nor update about shipping/delivery dates. I emailed Discount Cube on 6 June 18 about updates or repayment, but did not get a reply. On 13 June18, I repeated the request for product delivery or repayment, but still got no reply. On 20 June 18, I tried to access my Discount Cube account but found ACCOUNT SUSPENDED screen. My payment has not been refunded nor have I received the earphones I ordered. I cannot contact Discount Cube online.
