Discount Gold Brokers, Inc. Placed an order, sent payment, received numerous calls with excuses, but order was never filled. Sherman Oaks California

In June of 2013, we decided to add some gold coins to our investments.  In research over the internet, I found Discount Gold Brokers, Inc. and had seen their advertisement previously.  I phoned and talked with a salesman named Seth and placed an order for gold amounting to approxiomately $19,500.  After sending the funds, I checked back with shipping after a couple of weeks, and had my first concerns about my purchase.  

An individual by the name of Mike Berman phoned me every week or two to say they had been delayed in procuring my coins and promising that my order would be shipped soon.  In my web search, I found that this was in fact happening to several other folks.  Eventually, I found where the state of California had issued a legal restraint against this business which prohibits them from selling to California residence.  

Interesting that they would allow them to continue robbing other non residence individuals.  So, after nine months, the calls have stopped and phone numbers are no longer valid.  Letters were sent, but no responce has come.  I have begun legal action through local police here in Alabama and a couple of organizations, Consumer Compliant and the FBI on the internet.  It seems we have been Ripped Off and no justice is out there.  That is really scarry.
