Ordered item on the 1st of April 2013.

Numerous mails between then and May for a status update on shipping went ignored until a reply from Cristian Gray on the 18th of April 2013: "I apologize for the delay on this. Those outrigger kits are a longer package than is allows to ship overseas by the postal service. In spite of that we typically do not have a problem sending them via USPS, however on occasion someone in their customs location will flag and send back the item to us which is what happened with your shipment. We have contacted our agent on this and the shipment is now due to go back out today and there should be no problems."

I replied the next day asking for a shipping or tracking number - No answer.I emailed again on the 20th, and 22nd of May 2013 for either an update with proof of shipping and tracking number or alternatively a refund. - Still no answer.

I have attempted to contact vie the live chat only to receive smtp errors when submitting as well as contact the company via the online contact form again on the 23rd May 2013. - So far no answer.

My order status on the website still shows the same status as it did on the 1st of April 2013.

I have at last received a refund for this order. There is still however no communication from Discount Marine in this regard. I will NEVER ever DEAL WITH DISCOUNT MARINE again. Any company that has so little regard for it's own reputation, that it will ignore problems that could so easily be avoided through good communication and honest trading, can not possible have any repsect or regard for their customers.

I believe the only reason for the refund was the fact that I posted this report, as within hours of doing so, I received notification from PayPal of the refund.
