Beware!! This company operaters in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade County with various phone number prefix associated with the counties-561, 954 and 305. However they are located in Miami. I unfortunately, become familiar with this company when I called them on their 561#. They were suppose to move my personal property 1.9miles into a storage facility. Which never happened. After numerous unreturned calls, emails, filings with both the Better Business Bureau and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services did I filing receive an email back 90-days later and only after filing criminal charges with Miami PD did a dectective finally get someone to respond. Although the regostered owner of record called me on three occassions arranged to meet me almost two hours out of my way to only stand me with mover three times.
I was told that the company had changed owners and didn't receive any of my 30+ emails or letter from the state but they would be happy to release my property for and I quote '$1004.00 for storage $854 and $150 gate fee. That was o July 9th at 11:17am I was scheduled to pick up my property on the 19th. By July 9th at 12:59pm the cost jumped to $1154 with zero explanation. So with police assistance I paid and picked up my property. Which was parked in a moving truck on the side of the road.
My property was extremely damp and mold was growing on my sofa, loveseat, mattresses (mine and my childrens), wooden furnitureand boxes were so waterlogged that when my 3rd party mover went to pick them up they literally fell apart (pictures were taken). Once my property was back in my county I had to have a different company to dump the damaged/unsalavageable furniture. Believing what the alledged new owner I contacted him to see about returning the overcharge of fees and my willingness to pay the original cost of $540. After waiting a week I was forced to file civil court
I want to spare future potential victims. I anyone has had dealings with them call the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services a case is already open with them and call the Miami Intercoastal Police Department they are familiar with this company. However to avoid stress and possible gray hair do not use this company.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

As a local business owner in todays' marketplace we really go the extra mile to make sure every customer gets the best possible service. This unfortunately is a case of no good dead goes unpunished.
We did everything within reason to work this particular customer. After presenting us a bad check, and without having sufficient funds to pay for her move, she had agreed to pay us within a few days. In return we agreed to store her items at our warehouse until she could afford to pay her bill.
Unfortunately, she did not make good on her word and a few days turned into several months. Her items were transferred from our warehouse to one of our storage facilities. We tried repeatedly to contact her telephonically in order to get her to pay her outstanding bill and take delivery of her possessions, however she simply ignored our requests for payment all the while accruing additional charges in storage space rental.
When we were finally able to reach the customer we readily agreed to a time and a date that she could pay for her outstanding debt and pick up her belongings. No additional fees were charged . She was billed for the cost of the original move, an after hours gate fee, and several months worth of storage rental. We even waived all the late fees and transfer fees despite the fact that we did not receive a single penny for over 5 months.
This customer chose to store perishable food items in boxes amongst her other possessions. Due to her poor choice and negligence we had to hire a company specializing in hazardous waste to clean our facility because fungus and mold to grew rampantly on the rotten food items throughout the storage unit damaging both her personal property as well as our facility. This is strictly prohibited in our service agreements for this very reason.
We appreciate any criticism and constantly strive to improve as business for our customers, our employees,
