Discount Mortgage Relief Program - WOW Mortgage Relief Unethical, Blatent Lies, Fraudulent, Fraud, Non-Producing, Scam Scottsdale Arizona

Over the past year I have been dealing with this company for a loan modification.  All the other things said from other people are very true.  These people are unethical, fraudulent, blatent lying, scammers who do nothing nor give any effort to even try to obtain ANY loan modification regardless of what their spokesperson says.  I dealt with Tiffany Patton, who is obviously one of the "trained" liars, along with Helena Cohen, who is a "trained" lying defendant when bringing this up to the BBB.  So after taking $1400 and almost dealing with these idiots for a year, I began to file complaints, and reports with various organization. 

 

Much to my surprise the BBB gave their useless explanation and closure, along with telling me that I should've consulted them before engaging in business.  I returned the info by stating that "I was in fact the one who started the investigation with the BBB on this company and there WAS NO INFO when I consulted the BBB of AZ's website.  The following letter is what I sent to the FBI (AZ and Boston), Secret Service, Governor of AZ, US and AZ State Senators, and various people at the BBB. 

 

I'm DONE screwing around with these people, and I'm DONE getting screwed over!!!  I am hopeful that someone will do something not just for me, but for all the other people and the lives they destroyed.  This is what our tax dollars pay for!  After this letter is a link on the story as they DID get raided on April 1.  I can only hope it leads to the conviction of these CRIMINALS.

To all legislative personnel and others of concern:

 

Recently I filed two complaints on Discount Mortgage Relief (a.k.a. WOW Mortgage) concerning fraud, ethics, and scams with this company.  Complaint numbers were 8128906 and 8093403.  I now have a file as thick as a 1 inch book on the unethical and fraudulent Discount Mortgage Relief. 

 

After filing and submitting many facts, references, and evidence, much to my surprise, the BBB (Marissa Macias) stated that "the company has addressed the issues you presented by either making a resonable offer to resolve the compaint, or by explaining why it could not practically meet your desired resolution". This is an outrage since I submitted evidence that stated just the opposite. 

 

Also that the BBB "considered my dispute to be an impasse, and is unable to facilitate the matter further". This is obviously some generic letter, and I am shocked and dismayed that a so-called reputable organization would state these things, not because of them not finding in my favor, but because of all the facts and evidence I sent them, as well as their own rating of Discount Mortgage Relief, and the outrageous number of complaints against Discount Mortgage Relief.

 

I WILL NEVER USE THE BBB AGAIN FOR REFERENCE TO A CREDITABLE ORGANIZATION. Their ratings are obviously bogus, and they are doing nothing about this company which leads me to believe they do not care, their organization is a farce, and/or they have some inside person connected or some bribe with Discount Mortgage. The facts and references stated from SO MANY PEOPLE including myself, couldn't be more clearer.  Please see(((Redacted))) or just google discount mortgage relief.  NOTHING is being done about this company and this is an outrage.  These people at Discount Mortgage are making promises they can not fulfill, telling people blatent lies, and taking money from people that are at the end of their rope when trying to seek help from losing everything they own, especially at a most vulnerable time in this country and in a bad economy.  Furthermore, when consumers try to resolve their issues or even protest, Discount Mortgage responds with a generic answer or blatent lies.  It bothers me greatly that after so much evidence and so many people that have been taken advantage of, that a fraudulent organization such as this is still continuing to be in of existence.  It also bothers me that an organization such as the BBB, is obviously not thoroughly (if at all) investigating this.

 

Where have the ethics gone in this country?  What companies are honest anymore?  Who can anyone TRUST for help, when companies such as this are allowed to continue to scam people?  Many people are giving this company a lot of money and the company does NOTHING to help.  I have documentation on my case.  I believe others do as well.  I would hope that someone will listen to this and step up.  The information provided against this company is very clear.  It is sad that they are allowed to prey on people who are seeking hope.
