I have had a similar experience to many of the problems stated here. I just filed a complaint with the FTC and I would encourage everyone else who has had a problem with Discount Pet Drugs to do the same. https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
I only received part of my order, and one item was sent in a lower quantity than I ordered. Yet, my credit card was charged the full amount. I have emailed and called every day, with absolutely NO response from DPD. This seems to be their standard business practice. Please complain to the FTC, so that they can investigate and put Discount Pet Meds out of business. They are taking advantage and overcharging too many people. They need to be stopped.
