Discount Pet Drugs charged me for an order they never shipped. I never got confirmation that they sent the order, it never arrived, and when I tried to contact them (countless emails and phone messages) I got no response. I had to go through Am Ex to try to get my money back from these thieves. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with.
