First off we think this site is a valuable tool and we encourage using it when doing due diligence on companies. With that said you also need to use common sense when reading some of these. I think most people can read between the lines and figure out that someone just considering our company clearly wouldn't write some of the comments included in this post.
The language in the post is also very similar to accusations by our competitor that we ripped off their business model. Does this sound like something someone just considering our company would post or someone who seems very upset and bitter that is trying to prevent us from getting business?
If the information is true I would ask that the author please post the proof of your "investigation & research" on this board for everyone to see.
Couple facts:
- The principle of the company has been a licensed Realtor
since 1/21/2005 which you can look up on www.azre.gov . You cannot obtain a RE license in AZ without FBI
background check. - Our parent Co. has the
highest rating of any company in our industry on the BBB with zero
complaints and has been in business since 5/17/2005http://www.bbb.org/central-northern-western-arizona/business-reviews/home-staging/homes-staged-free-in-scottsdale-az-1000014063/ - We have several office
locations in the Phoenix area and we would highly encourage clients to
meet us at one of our offices. - Even if someone did have a
tax lien you cannot go to jail for it, you can only go to jail for not
filing your taxes check with the IRS or google it
"Hiding from the IRS by putting utilities in his girlfriends name" at least the author has a sense of humor :)
We are conducting an investigation to find out who posted this and will post our findings.
