| Dear , First off, I greatly appreciate you considering my property. The closets are big, the bedrooms are spacious, and the windows are designed to let in natural light. This 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths property has not had any prior pets and is currently pet friendly. It is free of stains or odors. We do not have any breed restrictions and there is no fee or deposit. If your pet causes damage to the property, it's your responsibility to make all the needed repairs. To rent our property we require the following: 1. Valid Driver's License or Photo ID 2. Rental Agreement (month to month, 6 months, or 1 year) 3. 1st months rent 4. Completed background check for each applicant Background checks can be done online using Rental Verified: link. If you have a criminal record or poor tenant history, no worries, I am willing to help you out. There are numerous more reasons to tour the rental. It has been neatly kept and the kitchen will make you feel right at home. Has a full-sized washing machine and dryer along with being located in a neighborly area. I'll bring the lease agreement with me to the showing. I also do require background checks to be completed by all applicants.
