Do not sign up for credit with Discover credit card, unless you want heartache, and pain. two years ago Discover credit card financial services forced me to file bankruptcy claiming that I did not make payments on my bill, first of all when i signed up for credit, I asked for an additional card for a family member, not to have a co-signer to receive the card, a year or so passed the family member wanted to receive her own card so I called Discover to ask them to remove the family member's name off the card they would not do it.

I admit some of my payments were less , I thought as long as you are paying something every month, the company cannot garnish wages,from the family member,file a lawsuit have a sherriff come to your house serve you with papers, the only way I could stop the garnshing was to file bankruptcy, but bankruptcy did not need any of the family members info, so Discover was supposed to get money from me only.

Discover took it upon themselves to steal money from someone as long as they were getting money,Discover falsified documents to benefit them. Discover knew my financial situation, and till this day I've yet to see any of the money the company garnished.

Do not put anyone else on your card the company will use that to your advantage. Try not to file bankruptcy also you will pay higher interest for everything, it will be harder to get anything.
