Discovery Cameras a BIG RIP OFF

I called and ordered a Video recorder, the salesman really pushed for me to buy the extended service contract he even lowered the price. When I said no twice he said " you know it will cost a lot to fix this unit and this is a nation wide company who will come to your house and service it in the home" well with that and him lowing the cost I took it.

When it arrived the policy is you mail the unit to them and I checked the web site for that company it's some little shop in who know where. So I called for two days to get an RMA number to return it and they would not give me a good phone just a recording I finally had to call me credit card company and have it taken off me bill
