My son went to work for Discovery Marketing/Rainsoft in Altamonte Springs, Florida.  To help launch his career with this company we agreed to purchase a water conditioning system for our home.  That is where the nightmare began. The installer showed up to install the system while I was at work-three days before the scheduled appointment.  Once installed the yinflated the price and promptly sued us for the balance and their attorney fees. They were brutal. They immediately began to harrass, stalk, insult, call, sit outside my home, very disingenuis, rude, calling all hours of the day and night.  The Rainsoft system works fine but it is too bad they are associated with such liars. I will never do business with these vultures again! Don't even want them on my property-ever!! Barbara Groveland Florida
