Dish installed my service on Aug 28, 2007, tech left holes in the front of my house left splitters and wires hanging in the front on the house, he (the tech) left garbage in the middle of the floor and wires loose all over my house. I have been calling since Aug. 29 to get this rectified and nothing. I just got a letter today 12-14-2007 from a General Mgr. name Richard Spivey saying it wasn't their fault. There are holes in the front of my house; where there was new paneling place just last summer, so who's suppose to fix that? Is there anyone interested in launching a class action lawsuit against Dish Network? You can't imagine the run around and then they had the nerve to charge me $134.00 to add to my aggravation. After calling for several months to tell the company I do not want your crappy service I just want my house rerpaired I was told by a CSR if I cancel the service I would probably never get thing taken care of and I would be charge a cancellation fee. How dare they try to hold people hostage to this inadequate service and product.
