Dish Network has taken two payments out of our checking account, when only one was authorized!! This over drew our account .
Now we have ninety dollars in NSF charges and there may be more!
And to make matters even worse, If this would not have happened, we would have never realised that they have been charging us for TWO packages for six months now!!
We tried to work this out with them, but they were not helpful at all.
In fact they did not seemed concerned at all.
One manager, Nicole Brown stated that we would have to return our recievers and is supposedly mailing the boxes to us.
But, according to their policy They say that you're always guarranteed
"Free Equipment".
A class action suit would be a dream come true!! We have all our paper work, and that does not seem to make a difference. How many people will they continue to do this to??
They pride themselves in being #1!! With well over 12 million customers!!
Come on people--Let's NOT let them get away with it!

It's a poor substitute for what they have taken from us!!
