DishNetwork Breach of Contract Englewoodd, Colorado

Last year I signed a 3 year contract with DishNetwork.  On, or about, March 3 of this year DishNetwork dropped customers' access to two major networks, ABC and NBC due to a dispute with the Hearst Broadcasting Corporation.  During the time that DishNetwork dropped access to these two major netowrks they continued to bill me full price.  When I called to ask for some consideration since they were not delivering what they had promised in the contract I signed they gave me a whole $5.00 off.  The next bill that they sent, while still providing no access to two major networks, was againf for the full amount.  After one month of waiting for them to work out their dipuate with Hearst, missing major NBA games that I wanted to see as a result, and continuing to be charged the full price, I called to cancel my service with DishNetowrk.  I was told I would be charge an early terminatin fee of $240.00.  This is ludicrous since DishNetwork was in Breach of Contract for not providing the service they had promised in their contract, yet continuingh to charge me full price!  DishNetwork will charge my credit card for this amount and then I will file a dispute with my credit card company.  Credit card companies are great at getting your money back in caes like this. I'm pretty confident I will win.  I kept my part of the contract, Dish did not.  If I had lost my job and called Dish and told them I could only pay $50.00 a month but wanted the full package of channels, they would not go for this.  Don't let them rip you off if you have had these two major networks pulled by DishNetwork.
