Disney Toontowns Online ripoff..Paid initial stated monthly charge was $9.95. Have been charged several days in same week an additional $9.95 within the 1 month. Terms Of Agreement Uses address in Burbank California

I paid initial $9.95 for one month of service. Everytime the program was used (3x) that first week, there was an additional $9.95 charge. Information regarding credit # and etc were only entered once but the charges were made to the same card anyway.

The program is for children and I know the child using the program had no access to card information, did not make new charges, and would not have been able to complete such an application,especially without the card and the numbers needed.

They have made it very hard to reach them with evasive phone tag system.
