Distinctive Grading and Design, Spectrum Grading ,Josh Meldrum, Aleisha Meldrum Destroyed property, retaining wall failed, caused 10s of thousands in damage took money didn't complete job Canton Georgia

Josh Meldrum and crew took off after leaving a broken jobsite where they were supposed to do a grading job in Georgia. Rocks loose and not mortered, Josh never around, workers never showing up and this guy was constantly broke and almost threatening if not given money in advance. His favorite excuse was rain. The workers constantly complained about Josh and actually seemed to hate him. My kids were horrified and I was humiliated in front of my family that I got taken by a shyster. In trying to find him I got an investigator as I'm ex military to kind of look into the kind of person he is and came up that he took off without paying rent and left a lot of creditors looking for him. He ran away to Michigan. We probably wont see our money ever and and will have to rebuild the wall. There was also an arrest for deposit fraud that the investigator found out about. I had to get some help because Josh changed numbers and emails went unanswered. I'm hoping the people of Michigan will not be harmed by him. I was told by officials in Georgia that he wasnt licensed and should have been for the dollar amount of work he was doing. Josh Meldrum is certainly on the state of Georgia's radar after all of the calls I made. The yard is a wreck and the kids still can't play outside as we recover enough funds to get the tens of thousands of dollars it's going to take to remove the inferior rock and get new rock done right with the digging and trenching and all. The workers never had the skills necessary to operate the big machinery too. This guy is a true scam artist and I'm pretty sure there is no insurance if his guys get hurt or whatever. They were nice guys, the crew, but super careless and to a point lazy. I think they had given up and were pretty much trying to keep working for Josh Meldrum to get their paycheck.
