I, too, got suckered into working for DIT Trnscription.  I worked for them a total of four months, to the tune of $1,100.00 owed, and all they have paid to date is $200.00.  When I mailed another  request for payment, my letter was returned as "unable to forward.  Research has revealed that they are now located in Charlotte, NC.  The address I had was for Fort Mill, SC, so obviously they are keeping ahead of their creditors by moving around.  I send a letter detailing what was owed to the Attorney General's office in SC and another to the Labor Division in that same state but have yet to receive a response!
