I worked the customary 30 days probationary period, then another month.  I was starting to turn in very good work, and started asking when I might get paid.  After two months, I still had not been paid a dime.  I contacted people from the top on to the accounting , sending copies to several persons so there was no misunderstanding and no miscommunication.

First, there were e-mails asking me not to quit and excuses as to why I had not been paid anything.  Then, after my response, there has been absolutely no communication from anyone.  I have tried to be polite and let them know honestly how much work I can do for them daily.  I know they are extremely busy, but if questions cannot be answered on a timely basis, maybe they need more help?  I feel like I was doing a very good job of completing the work in a timely fashion, very few mistakes, and always learning more.  Now, due to their practice of not paying on a timely basis, I have to look for another transcription job and I feel like they have lost a very honest, dependable employee.  I do not trust anyone at all anymore!
