Diversified appears to dishonor contracts, Andrew Barnett nice while negotiating...then once contract is signed "LOOK OUT" !, Diversified appears to lure business in with promise of IPO shares but do they honor their agreements? Appears NOT.
Makes us think that their IPO is a SHAM. We found franchise owners that were promised payments for their fitness clubs BUT NEVER received payment from Diversified. Appears they were given worthless shares of an IPO that may never happen. Could this be FRAUD?
