This company is a big time SCAM.  They do all it takes to continue in their rip-off scheme including but not limited changing phone numbers, Co. name, caller ID to vet phone calls etc. Anyone dealing with these guys should discontinue as soon as possible avoiding further damage because I met and spoke with people who were being asked to wait for months un-end just to find their property in foreclosure proceeding down the road. US Mortgage Funding is the parent Co. in Florida but they have offices in various states operating under different names for obvious reasons. I dealt with these guys for 2 months, they assued modification was near completion just to call my bank to findout, bank never received a single doc. they can even start work on. I spoke with someone in here who had waited 7 months and were told to continue waiting meanwhile her bank never received any paperwork. How is a bank going to modify someones loan if they do not receive supporting documents?

I registered and retained these scammers in July 2010 paying them almost $4000.00 to help modify loans for 2 of my properties. Paul DeCamara took half of the money upfront and promised that the other half will be paid when modification is complete which was a motivating factors that pushed me to retain this Co because I knew that the fake guy ask for money upfront. I sent in all the paperwork requested (more than 100 pages worth of doc.). These swindlers have all my important docs and personal information, SS #, Mothers maiden names, kids SS # etc, information they can even use down the road for further selfish gains. About a month and half into the process, Paul DeCamara and Desiree Podulka called asking for remaining payment, that all my paperwork have been submitted and that we are near the end. These guys swore that they never take payments at the end because many customers have scammed them. With all the hardship and confusion I was going through, I failed to do my due diligence, but thank God I caught the scam before losing my houses. I sent an e-mail to Marissa Frommer, the processor requesting name and number of associated lawyers they claim they work with who can stop foreclosure process and when I could not get any response after several e-mails that is when it starting dawning on me that this company could be fake.

I called my Mortgage creditors to inquire if they received my modification papers from the Diversified Home solutions Inc and when they told me they did not receive anything that is when I went online to google this company that is when I fell on Rippoffreport.org (thank you rip-off report, my donation for a good job is on the way). I managed to hook-up with many of you who have been victim to the same scam and I thank youall for sharing your stories. Thank you for providing the contacts of the FL attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), I have already called and submitted my complaints, these guys will pay, they must go. These guys are brutal, they ask you to stop paying you mortgage, they ask you to hide some of your income as well as other criminal practices in-order to qualify for modification, information that they do not even send to the bank. If anyone has modification in progress with these scam withdraw them immediately lest you want to lose your home. They will not help you; there is nothing they are doing that you cannot do. Contact your banks loss mitigation dept, these are the same people these con men would talk to, assuming they ever contact anyone. They cannot prove that they ever helped a single person modify their mortgage under the terms they promise. There is no bank out there providing loan modification reducing rates that are good for the life of the loan, it does not exist and they know that.

I am bent on making these guys pay. I have already contacted an attorney. I will sue to get my $4000.00 back even if it will take me more than $4000.00 to get my money back. I will also be suing to get all my personal information back. I have already called my banks to take them out as 3rd party to my accounts. These guys are ruthless con-artist and will sell customers personal information or use them for other personal gains. People like these are very despicable and are causing people to loss their homes on top of scamming them for money. I will spread the negative feedback so that every online search should be able to catch these scammers when they perform and online search just like rip-off report helped me out.  I will sue this company as well as the employees I dealt with individually. I will sue Marissa Frommer the processor, Paul DeCamara my account rep and David Mahler, the president of this SCAM. They are all dangerous and need be flushed out of the system.
