My husband was an assistant coach of a youth soccer league with this organization.
Upon review of our credit card billing statement, we were apalled to find out that charges in excess of $700.00 had been fraudulently placed on our card. The denominations were in the amounts of $25.00, $50.00 and $95.00 dollars.
Upon further communication with other coaches involved in the league, I was advised by them, that they had the same experience. They too had unauthorized charges on their credit cards.
In addition to the fraudulent charges, the organization was extremely disorganized, and exceptionally unprofessional. Games were double scheduled, there were not enough individual teams involved to the extent that we had to play the same teams several times. In addition, our kids were put in a situation to play two games back to back at times. We resided in Henderson but unfortunatly had to travel to North Las Vegas to play several games.
Mind you this league was for kids ranging in age from 6-8 yrs old.
I attempted to contact the organization but was unable to do so because they are temporarily closed for the season.

Over the course of a three week investigation, It has come to the attention of Diversity Youth Sports that a few customers may havereceived a charge or charges to their credit or debit cards that looks like itwas processed by DYS. After looking into the matter further, we have concludedthat these charges were not processed by or authorized by DYS or its staff. DYShas no access to customer credit card information after the original charge hasbeen made.
We do not store records of card numbers and we do not have theability to re-charge transactions without having the card present, or withoutit being typed in by a customer through our website. DYS does contract 3 merchantservice providers that process and store credit card payment information, andit appears that they may be at fault for these unauthorized charges. We havealready changed to a new merchant credit card processor and we are currentlyupgrading our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To be clear, this has affected no more than one percent of our 10,000 Southern Nevadaand Orange County California customers. No other regions have been affected.If a customer should find a transaction they do notrecognize, they are urged to contact their bank for a full credit of thetransaction. DYS is unable to find and/or refund transactions that it did notprocess, and this is the case if you received an unauthorized charge. If you have not already contacted your bank, you may complete this form and we will look into the charge.
If you have received charges that appear to be from DYS and were unauthorized. Please read the notice posted here.These charges were NOT from DYS and the effected company has more information on how to get your funds back.
