Divine Comfort Products Divine Hvac Inc. guilty of deceptive business practices and preying on the elderly Chatsworth, California

This company is guilty of deceptive business practices and preying on the elderly.  They sold my mother a job she didn't need and knew that she was being serviced by another company. 

Her A/C unit was replaced by another company less than a year ago.  The unit is still under warranty and she has a service contract with the other company.  The air ducts were inspected when the unit was replaced and were okay. 

Divine Comfort Products sent a rep to my mother's home to service her A/C unit and inspect the air ducts.  The unit is obviously new and there is a sticker with the other company's name on it. 

My mother has dementia and is easily confused.  Divines salesman got her to sign a contract for $2,200.00 and replaced the air ducts!
