Good news for Wisconsin Residence (unsure if applicable for other states).

If you have purchased the Personal Instant Cash Machine by Dale Douglas you can file a complaint with the Attorney's General Office. Wisconsin law regarding marketing and Trade Practices protects consumers against Fraudulent representations. Under provision 100.18 of this chapter, companies in violation of this are subject to a fine.

Of course it is up to the Attorney General office to determine they are actually in violation of this law and take the necessary action. I am not a lawyer, and cannot determine, or guarantee that will happen if you file a complaint. However, the law does state a company cannot represent a statement of fact which is untrue, deceptive or misleading. I have documentation that indicates (which I will be forwarding to the Attorney General) that the system I purchased does not require me to sell anything. I also have a screen print of emarketprofessional indicating clearly I cannot activate my account if I do not have a product to sell. Thus, my interpretation is, they are clearly in violation of Wisconsin Law.

What this mean to you? Well, if your a Wisconsin resident and a victim of this scam, I would highly recomment you contact the Attorney General Office. They will send you the forms (promptly I might add) as well as a copy of Wisconsin law applicable for the complaint you are filing. Fill out the form and send it in, along with copies of everything.

If your not a Wisconsin residence, I would recommend contact the Attorney General Office anyways. You may have state laws that protect you from such internet schemes.

Also, I would recommend including the fact Dale Douglas may not actually be a person, but may be Peter Martinez. I do not know if this is a violation yet (still researching), however, several Wisconsin laws clearly state a seller cannot "Misrepresent a seller's identity, affiliation, location or characteristics." The only reason why I cannot indicate if this is actually breaking the law, is because it doesn't clearly indicate if it's applicable to the internet.

Overall I cannot make any promises, as I have said, I'm not a lawyer. I am unfamiliar with all aspects of the law. You will have to research this yourself. It isn't hard to do. Just call the Attorney General Office. I called them, they were busy and left a message. Within 2 hours they called me back. They performed a preliminary screening (took about 10 minutes). Then they sent me the forms and associated documents regarding Wisconsin state laws. I recieved the forms within three days of contacting them. Now I'm about to mail the forms back.
