Divine Introductions [Singles Enterprises LLC] COMPANY WON'T REFUND MEMBERSHIP FEES. SHUT DOORS & DIDN'T PAY EMPLOYEES Sacramento California

In February 2008 I initially signed up for a 1 year membership for Personal Matchmaking services at a cost of $2595 but cancelled it within the 3 day recission period.

Tamara Divine then called and offered me a 3 year VIP membership for only $1595.00 which I paid for by credit card.

In December 2008 the business was closed down due to Tamara dying unexpectedly with the doors shut, no notice given to its members and from what I hear Roy Kumar [silent partner of Tamara Divine under Singles Enterprises LLC] wouldn't pay their employees for previous 2 weeks of work.

I've repeatedly attempted to contact the owner Roy Kumar by email and by telephone with no response back. Thus, I have filed a small claims case in Sacramento County, CA on May 28th 2009 at 8:15am against Joe Divine (husband of Tamara Divine of Divine Introductions) and Roy Kumar with Singles Enterprises LLC doing business as Divine Introductions.
