 On monday December 5, 2016. My daughter called me bawling, mom they took lilah and Claira. I said who she said DHS. I asked her what happened. She said She took Claira to daycare and Lilah to school. Claira had some red markes around her eye she didnt know what they were from, she thought lilah was playing to rough with her the day before. She sent a picture to the therapist who has for the last year come to her home to work with Lilah, on past abuse trauma from her birth father. My daughter has bern in Training to become a corrections officer. She has never been in trouble in her life. No police records no DHS issues. Nothing! She proceeded to tell me she sent a picture to the therapist, to see if there was cause for concern the therapist said no it could be from the virus the baby has had for two weeks which was diagnosed by her pediatrician. The Detective phone her and told her to meet him at Lilahs school, she complied. She assured her daughter it was ok she could go with him. She had to wsit for the detective to call her back. When he did she called me hysterical. They are keeping them i asked her why, she said they were accusing her of trying to suffocate the baby. DHS never called her they nust showed up at daycare and took the baby. The daycare did not call her. She told me, she thought lilah was playing rough, the next day she was interrogated by Tulsa co. Sheriff department for 4 hours. They said the marks could not have been caused by anything else. Which is not true they can alsi be caused by a virus, vomiting, coughing to much or minor trauma. I asked her to give me a run down of her day, she did as her emotions were so high because they took the kids she forgot the baby had rolled off of a mattress on the floor her floor is carpeted but has not padding as soon as she heard the baby she ran back to the room the baby was pressed up against the mattress face in the mattress. The next day she went to court, and a safety meeting. There werev5 CPS workers in the room. Of course there little psycological intimidation tactics did not work well because I was there, my daughter is vulnerable emotionally and As can be expected she just wanted her kids back. CPS has premeditated tactics they use psycologically to attack parents children and families. They use these tactics for profit. Oklahoma has done this to thousands of families. They are suppose to have a reform in place where they evaluate the need for service and at what level its needed. There was no due process. I offered to live in my daughters home and care for them while their investigation proceeded, their excuse for us not doing this was the background check would take to long, they are suppose to make an effort of keeping kids with family, at the end of the meeting I offered it again. I told them I will pass the background they said no we have concerns about your parenting. After research there are dozens of families they have done this to as well one Gma moved from Reno, she set up in Oklahoma, 6 yrs later her grandkids are still in the system. Friday my daughter was fired and told they were going to press charges. DHS would not call her back, finally Briana Hulks tge investigative worker got a hold of my daughter. My daughter pressed the issue about seeing her kids, Briana said to her something to the effect if she kept this up she was going to have problems. DHS was given 6 days to complete their investigation none of the people my daughter gave them as charecter references have been contacted. We go back to court on the 19th. We are waiting to hear back from an attorney. HELP us please. I am seekibg contact with others who have been falsely accused who can guide us through tgeir experience and I want to form a group to send massive request to senator and govenor to change this corruption in the system. There is power in numbers tge more on board the better. A class a law suit can be an option to. We have to take a stand together and make things better for these babies, stop the kidnapping ring.
