Divorce.us.org Promised me a divorce report for 1.00 and then instead I received a recurrent charge for 18.95 and no report! Georgia

 This company promised me a report a divorce report for 1.00. They charged me a recurrent charge of 18.95 and I never got my report! When I clicked on agree to terms to get report it then took me to another page where I had to add on another 1.00 in charges to view my report after they had already run my card. This seemed a little fishy to me so I called their customer service number. The customer service rep informed me that I had clicked on their recurrent 18.95 option. I told him that I never saw any box that said that but if it happend , that this was not what I wanted. I told him I only wanted the 1.00 report. He canceled my account and told me that action would fix the problem and I would not be charged the 18.95. He asked me if I still wanted the report. I said yes as long as it was only a dollar. He told me that if would be, and started typeing in my report request information from his side. Next he told me that this report was not available and took some additional information from me on the person I was searching. He said he would contact a supervisor so they could get the report, I never heard back from anyone. Before I hung up with him I wanted to be perfectly clear in knowing that the 18.95 would not be charged on my account. He assured me that I would only get charged a dollar. There is no way to view your reports on this site! I doubt reports are even available. These people are scam artists and are just out to take your money and run. 1.00 seems too good to be true for a background check or report , it was too good to be true. Please please please do not use this website. They are not a real company!
