Dixie Outfitters Rip off and deceptive Jacksonville, Florida

We used this company for quite some time for our credit card processing.  We ran into a problem being able to process Vystar Credit Union debit and credit cards (the largest financial instition in our area).  We worked with the company for a while hoping they could work it out.  I was told by one of the head guys that Vystar had made changes in their network and the company would not be signing up so if I needed to accept those cards I would need to change processing companies so we did.  They continued to debit my account.  I continued to call not only about the charges but also to return the equipment as all we were told not to return it to the address on the statements.   I left several messages with no response. 

After repeated attempts with both I called the bank and had a block put on the account.  After 6 months the block is invalid so they came back and hit my account for 1213.00.  They claim I signed a contract for 2 years.  I never signed a contract and when I asked for a copy I was put off.  So I called and also got the information for their legal office as I was told that they would not be returning my money so therefore it's a legal issue.  I waited for the copy of the contract and now they won't speak to me and refer me to an attorney Corden Olsen and he too will not return my calls. 

The sales rep that we dealt with is no longer there and no one at this company will address this.  I have copies of the email correspondence with the company showing that it was their problem otherwise we would have never changed companies.  It will probably cost me more that 1213.00 to fight them, but it is the principal. 

Do NOT use this company unless you want to be ripped off and tied up in a legal mess.
