DJR Group Attorny office of Mrs. Epstin Rip off!! Payday loans Jacksonville, Florida

I had taken out a loan over a year ago with a payday loan company on line, then I lost my job and was unable to pay it back, I received nothing from them till one day at my new job a year later I got a call from a Vanessa Miller in Florida saying she worked for an attorney Mrs. Epstin and my paperwork came across her desk and in looking at my background check I have never been arrested before so she wanted to check and see what was going on. That they are getting ready to come down and arrest me at my job today and I needed to go ahead and call someone who could bond me out for 2100.00! That I was being charged with theft. I told her she was crazy but she kept on saying arrested and picking me up at my job so I was scared of course.

She gave me 2 hours to send 785.00 for a 300.00 payday loan I took out but didnt pay back or she would have no choice but to issue the warrant for my arrest, so I got my daughter to go send a money gram to them. Once it was done when looking over the paper work I  notice it actually went to was advanced check processing which is a collection agency in Florida. When I put in their name up came on these things on a rip off report about them doing this to others.  I wished I would have checked before I sent the money because they are breaking the law using this type of method to collect a debit they bought.  They can not arrest you for this it is a civil matter not a criminal one so if this happens to you tell them where to stick it. I wished I had!
