 Hello and to whom it my concern,My situation is regarding a refinance through a company name dlg legal,A.K.A daneilson law group. I had contacted them in representation for a modification to a homeloan that is in forclosure,My home. I was out of the state due to deaths in the family, So it was then a few months pass, But i was in contact with there company the whole time,I proceeded to call anderw buckley a representitive of there firm,I left messages and new phone nums were to reach me.,

It was then two weeks later i get served with a 60 eviction through the primary mortgauge co.I then and there pull up the better buisiness bureau on the internet about DLG legal,They were never registerd or recomendid. The complaint list is 28 and climbing.  I am here in behalf of a return ammount from the retainer. The agreement was that when paid the retainer they ,DLG, would conntact the mortgauge co. and frezze any acction so we can work out a refinance.They gave me the run around about the ammount paid would take care of a level of services to get the proccess started. I feel a refund is oppropriate to ask.
