 Worked for Donna for less than a month before coming to the realization that something was very wrong about the deceptive advertising practices, trolling and private information from customers how they are used and how t he customers are talked about and treated.

The company does not pay the contractors: If a contractor is lucky enough to get a call in a four to five hour period, it is usually about 10 minutes long, then you must go vote for the site (that's right. the company increases it's own stats by voting, and having all the operators clear cache aqnd cookies to go back in and vote as if the votes are unique. ) 

If you do complain, even if you are respectful and polite, you will be ignored. If you have to send a reminder, Donna becomes beligerant giving the green light to other trainers to harrass via email and everything else. There are reports about her threatening, taking  personal nfo from operators that send it to her for verification, and things like that. So far, I haven't experienced it, but I am so prepared if I do, even if it is a year from now. All I have experienced is Donna claiming she is too busy to read emails., admitting her  company is unorganized, and long, wind-bagged emails from her filled with defensive excuses as to why everyone that complains is jealous because they want to be her (I have this in writing. I have an email from her stating that people put things online about her because they are jealous and want to be her because she has....get this.....air-conditioning. Brilliant business woman or mean girl with new money trying to make a name for herself in a very saturated industry that has one **** of an infiriority complex !

Aside of not getting paid, and a crap load of time you will spend advertising and voting and blogging for free, you will be disrespected and a lot of your time will be wasted by this aging bully, Donna.
