DMI Clearing House,TX i issued a check in payment of a Nippon Camera 35mm with full accessories sometime last January 2013 and was debited from my account also it was posted only last March 25, 2013 in the amount of $16.78 and i did never receive the item-a Nippon Camera 35mm with complete accessories.i received a letter from them just now that i have to send them $39.85 plus S&H of $8.95 for the equipment. since my first payment was received yet no equipment/no item has been delivered, i considered this a fraus and a scam. thier phone could not be reach and no way to call them and therefore, i strongly did my report for whatevr legal action has to be done. since i could see from your site that there are lots of complaints filed with you, then i am appealing for your humanitarian consideration to look into this anomalous transaction that's been going on by this company, DMI and to pursue legal action against the company. i had been a victim of fraud & scam by the DMI in which I issueda check in payment for a Nippon Camera 35mm with complete accessories but the item/product i never received it until at this time. i issued a check sometime in January 2013 and was debited to my account posted on March 25,2013 and i received again a letter from this company requires me to send my payment of $39.85 and S&H for $8.95 for the equipment. i could see there are lots of complaints filed with you and i am appealing for your humanitarian consideration to look into this matter and do some action against this company and to stop them from their anomalous transaction soonest.
i think this too much for us to bear although it's not a big sum but the fact that they aslk and received payment yet there is no item/product sent to us. what hurts most is their ohone is not reachable so, how could you reach them, so it's really a fraud, a scam. please help us resolve this problem, thank you.
