DMI Movers Shawn Falsifying documentation and fraudulently signing Similar valley California

! Today 11/14/2013 they came to deliver our belongs and gave us the true weight slips and come to find out we were 3000 pounds under what they told us so expected to pay more at the beginning but after we saw the really slips they told us this extra amount of money 2800 isn't for the weight it's for the packing even though we bought our own Home Depot boxes and did it all ourselves we'll the fraudulently signed my wife's name and made a random list of things that they supposedly packed

5 king size mattress when all we have is one queen and 6 big screen tv and 2 little screen tv when all we have is 5 total so there either going to pay is for the missing things they randomly put on this list or give us our money back... We are taking them to court as I speak please send emails if you've had same experience the more evidence the better even though we have enough to shut them down plus jail time for fraudulently making a document up and signing it.
