DNC wholesale Totally misrepresented, scam, ripoff, Internet

We do offer a lot category of Designer Handbags from a major department store, which includes an assortment of many designer brands. We wholesale new overstock merchandise lots, but the Designer Handbags lot category in specific is only available in Customer Returns condition. In other words, this means that these items were returned to the store for various different reasons, and some of the items included may not be in perfect condition.

Our goal as a business is to provide as much detailed information as possible, in order to establish a continuous business relationship with satisfied customers, who understand what we can offer. Under no circumstance did we deceive the customer, as all of this information is clearly explained in detail on our site, and was also stated on the manifest of the items the customer reviewed and chose.

As for the payment method, we are wholesalers of large quantities of merchandise and consequently work with large amounts. Unfortunately, at this time in history, the most convenient and most cost efficient payment method for international transactions and large businesses in general is wire transfer. Even though other methods may provide more “security” to customers, they do not provide security to businesses, and charge substantial fees.

In addition, we did communicate with the customer once we received her email. Even though she accused us of blocking her emails, how would we be able to do that? Once we asked her in more detail what error she was receiving, we found out that her outlook email server was the one not sending her emails, and let her know.

Even though we reached out to the customer to try to come to an amicable resolution, unfortunately we did not hear back from the customer.
