Earlier last week I came across Doba's website. They called multiple times from the time I initially entered my information on their site. I signed up for the free trial, but it doesn't give you access to the actual prices on the items.

Friday, 3/10 a salesperson finally got through to me, and he was definitely good! He seemed legit, answered questions I had, gave me a good deal, but he didn't go over all the information posted on Doba's website, such as the fact that you can cancel your membership, but you won't be given a refund.

He asked what type of stuff I wanted to sell and didn't bother to tell me that they really don't provide access to any of what I wanted to sell. In fact, today - Monday 3/13 one of the representatives I talked to actually told me I should look into changing what I wanted to sell. I also explained I didn't feel comfortable selling something I wouldn't buy myself at which point she told me I needed to change my outlook on that as well.

Anyway, on Friday I signed up for a year with the export feature. I spent hours going through the website and exporting reports to try to find something that looked good at a reasonable price - I found nothing!!! They were closed over the weekend and I called the first chance I got on Monday to try to cancel.

They tried everything from offering 3 additional months to another service for free. Then when I absolutely refused and told them I wanted to cancel they cancelled it with no problem, but explained that by accepting membership I had agreed that no refunds would be made. Unfortunately this wasn't something the sales rep had gone over with me on the phone and I had to dig on the website to actually find it - it certainly wasn't anything I knew about before signing up for a year (or 15 months).

I was willing to give it a try, but the prices are not wholesale, many things could be found on Amazon for the same price. I should have known it was too good to be true, but I was certainly duped. Hopefully a few people will read this and not have to go through the same aggravation. I know from now on I'll be checking sites like RipOffReport before I purchase memberships like this.

Good Luck!

I am happy to say my issue has been resolved. There were a few miscommunication issues and dropping the ball along the way, but all is resolved. Unfortunately they aren't in the market I was looking for, but if I decide to change to electronics or fragrances or something else they carry it'll be worth calling them back!
