So I signed up for the Doba free trial.  I spent about 16 hours in the next 4 days to find any products I could compete on price with and still make a profit.  NOTHING

I end up cancelling my free trial account.  I get a call from a rep from the company.  I politely tell him why I cancelled and he tells me this:

Him:  We do have products that can make you a profit
Me:  I couldn't find any with hours and hours of research
Him:  Well, you have to keep looking, with enough research you'll find the right products
Me:  Why does your company offer me thousands of products with no profit potential just to make me do hours of research to find profitable products?  Why don't you do the research for your customers instead and not offer your customers so many unprofitable products thus forcing them to waste their time?
Him:  Well you have to do the research
Me:  K... I did... thank you and have a good night
Him: you too

They didn't get a dime from me, they didn't do a high pressure sales pitch but by god there was no way they were gonna get my money.

Thinking about Doba?  Ask yourself this... why would they clutter their own site with nonprofitable products to force you to "do the research?"  Why?  If it isn't profitable don't offer it.  Don't tell me I'm too lazy to do hours and hours and hours of research to find products (that do not exist) that I can make a profit on with Doba.com.  If you sold diamonds would you throw them in a pile of poo and tell your customers to sift through it because if only they weren't so lazy they could be wrapped in bling?  I think not.

Doba is NOT a scam but it also is NOT a way to make money.  You most likely will lose money because of these reasons:

1.  You need a payment processor... they take a percentage of your sales
2.  You need either your own site or you need to pay ebay/amazon fees... once again money spent whether you make a sale or not
3.  You need to pay Doba whether you buy 0 items or a million
4.  You will need to spend so much time to find these so called "profitable" items that you would make more in the end twirling a sign on the corner telling people about Subways newest $5 footlong
5.  You will encounter fraud from your customers.  When someone does a chargeback you will end up holding the bill.  What this means is a scammer buys a $100 product from you.  You make $5.  Then the credit card company takes the $100 back from your payment processor saying it was fraud.  You are now out $100 plus all the fees to sell the product.
6. If this worked.... we would all be millionaires.  You are not the only one with an internet connection and a google search engine.  If Doba worked it would be the biggest company in the world and nobody would be poor.

Want to make millions?  I don't know how.... but some guy once did it by gluing googley eyes on a rock... go figure and good luck folks but steer clear of Doba.
