My grandmother went to this doctor and she told me that he is a terrible poor excuse of a doctor. I am writing this on her behalf. She said that she went to him for serious medical issues and she was scheduled for early morning appointment. she waited all day and he never showed up. All the people there( it was packed with patients) also wasted their whole day.

Other patients told her that when he is there, his bedside manners are terrible. I would not recommend Serrano for my poodle. He does not apologize when he finally appears. My grandmother found another doctor who is kind, efficient, on time and she is happy now. He also heard that good reviews on yelp were a fraud published by his employees who are also requesting patients for positive reviews.
