I have never had such poor customer service with such lacksidasical, uncaring people as I had with Doheny's Water Warehouse Customer Service line. This company does NOT stand behind its products. They sent me a defective item & told me "too-bad, so-sad" when I called to return it. They seemed to have no idea how to interact with paying customers & have zero respect for my hard-earned dollars I have spent there over the past 3 years.

I will NOT be ordering from them ever again.
