first of all i will say i have boughten 5 pumps from this place two was no good there warrantee isnt worth the paper that it is written on they say it policy i just bought a pump assembly from them on 2/9/2016 and the motor now does not work they tell me they dont sell the motor have to buy the whole assembly again why on earth would you ell a product that you have to buy the whole thing again they will only do it if you buy it again and then give back the money this process will take at least two weeks buy then my clients pool will be green they are out of wisconsin so they no nothing about tucson az they dont realize that if a pool is down with no circulation on the pool this will happenit like 110

here what do you think it going to happen or you have to send everything back to them before they will cover it before they will send you a new one i really dont think that works out very well when you buy snapon tools or even sears tools you do the warrantee on them they well send you right away then send them the broken parts i have even had them say dont send the broken one back they say 1 year warrantee but of course they dont tell you that is how it works buy the time i go through all this the pool will be green so now i have to loose money because no i have to buy the client a new motor to make it right for them so now i loose 336.00 dollars for this this motor because i need asap
