Dojo Systems Charged $499 to my Visa for a deposit for a computer, never sent computer, won't refund money, won't answer phone, won't return calls, disconnected phone number. Farmersville Texas

This company asked for my checking acct and routing number and Visa card #. They charged my checking acct without my permission $499 when I asked them to charge the Visa, for a deposit on a laptop. This was 11/28/07. I made them return the $499 to my checking acct and they then charged my Visa card $499 on 11/28/07. They told me on numerous occasions the computer had shipped, and even guaranteed the computer by 12/24/07. The computer did not arrive.

On 12/28/07 they told me they did not ship the computer, that the screen was cracked and it wouldn't boot up. They offered me a refund to the Visa and told me they credited the Visa on 12/28/07. They have not sent the computer, they have not refunded the money, they disconnected their phone. I left numerous messages, sent a certified letter, contact the local sherriff and contacted the Visa fraud dept, and the BBB.
There are other people on a website that have had the same problems with this company taking money and not shipping merchandise. They cannot be reached and block calls.

They are several guys who work out of a house and there is no one in charge. The names of people I have talked to in the past are James, Justin, Kyle, Jason...the sheriff spoke to a "Mark", my charge card said "Randall Roberts".

Basically they have my $499, they will not answer the phone, and this is wire fraud.
