DolFun Tours LLC HORRIBLY RUN BUSINESS - BEWARE! Melbourne Florida

If I could give "Captain Bob" and DolFun Tours a NEGATIVE 5 Stars I would! The saddest part is that I never even took the trip on his boat. My review is strictly based on what a crappy businessman / customer service rep Bob is. 

I purchased a $37 Groupon for 4. The email I received gave detailed instructions about redeeming the Groupon and booking the trip. Nowhere on the Groupon does it say anything about paying additional taxes. I read it several times, as well as reviewing it with a Groupon rep. 

When trying to book the trip on the DolFun site, the site tried to charge me any additional $18 bucks! It does not say anywhere on the site WHY I was being charged an extra $18. 

Understand that I have screenshots of EVERYTHING, and will try to post here so Yelp doesn't say my review is "disparaging". 

I wrote via email to DolFun and was told the extra money was for taxes. I wrote back and said it was never spelled out anywhere in writing that I would be expected to pay additional fees/taxes/anything. I have purchased many local Groupons and NEVER have had an issue like this one. I sent screenshots to Captain (I use this term loosely) Bob. He tried feeding a line that taxes are in writing, and I sent back (again) screenshots that it does NOT specify taxes. 

It was at this point that he told me to call Groupon and he doesn't want A*HOLES on his boat. 

Thankfully, Groupon was awesome and is giving me a full refund. 

I wish I would have read ALL the other terrible reviews here on Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Facebook. This is a terrible outfit!'
