Dollar Days Did not get what I ordered and Crappy Customer Service Internet, Internet

I placed an order for a set of toys that my son really wanted for Christmas.  The description said that I would receive "6 different characters, however, specific characters are not guaranteed".  When I received my package, there were 3 characters, 2 of each. When I called to tell them they said that there was absolutley nothing they could do and that that is the way it was packaged. When I pressed further to get an answer the Customer Service Rep, Robert, told me they were not going to open a new box to make sure I received 6 different characters like the description said. I then told him his description was misleading and he refused to give me to his manager.  NOT WORTH the good prices they have. THEY ARE PIECES OF CRAP!
