Dollar Rent-A-Car ripoff Montreal Airport rude, surly, snappy staff Montreal Quebec

I recently returned my Dollar rental car at Montreal's Trudeau Airport. The experience was horrible except for the beginning. When I arrived I found the counter and pick up location as it was clearly labeled. The bad part was the return. I followed all the signs to "Rental Car Return" but I did not see any signs for "Dollar Rent-A-Car". When I finally asked someone they told me to go to the Thrifty area. Once I got there I told the service rep that there should be a sign for DOLLAR. He rudely told me "Don't you know Dollar is the same company as Thrifty?" . I don't know this since I do not rent cars on a regular basis. When he started to calculate my bill he told me he was going to charge me for 1 extra hour even though I was returning the car at 12:30 pm. He said normally he would charge me for 2. Again he became rude. He loudly snapped "Aren't you going to say thank you to me?". I had no reason to say thank you to him. I returned the car at the time when I said I would and I wanted the price I was quoted online. I did nothing wrong.

My experience with Dollar Rent-A-Car has turned my off from them. I'll rent with another company next time.
