i reserved a compact car with priceline.com for 15 days and got a quote for $296.41 with Dollar Rental in San Juan Puerto Rico. check in 4/25/15 at 10:pm check out at 12:noon 5/10/15.when I arrived at Dollar they up graded to a mid-size car. Dollar rental charged me $672.59 my total charge with priceline & dollar rental car is $969.00 I feel I was over charged $299.25. i have the bill if you need me to email it.
