I work there 5 years and found out the real truth.!!
The sales people are GREEDY thieves who will OVERCHARGE Customers whenever they feel they can.
The sales people are Fighting for Commissions due to the Ever Changing Corporate Sales Plans and Poor location management.
The leading sales person, Linda is a thief.
She gets customers to sign up for services and options they Don't need.
She will quote you a daily rate of $42. per day and any other sales rep will give you $22. per day rate.
She is in debt to another employee for over $40,000. because her husband is a loser drunk and gambler.
Linda got a 2nd sales award from the corporation for being the Top Dog in South Florida. What a JOKE! The biggest Thief! Latest news is that Linda has filed Bankruptcy!
The management, Paul Kobis and Ken Johnston are the biggest fools and corporate kiss a**es. They hire and fire the best employees and don't realize what type of problems they created. Many employees they keep are uneducated MORONS, who are thieves, liars and too stupid to work at Taco Bell.
Sales manager Dawn Verpaele is another liar.
She has numerous personal problems that she brings to work.. She tries to be the big boss of the entire location with her rudeness and nasty disposition. She tells lies about employees that are NOT true.
They rehired this girl Judith. She is another sales person who got into trouble and quit at another location. They love bringing back losers.
Some Employees STEAL from customers by not returning items found in the rental cars. Some Employees also STEAL from the lost and found and nobody gets blamed or caught.

I feel sorry for the few good employees that have to suffer daily while working with these incompetent idiots.
